Interment was at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.

Betty L. Britsch, age 83 of Houston, passed on to be with our Lord May 19, 2013.
She was born Nov. 5, 1929.
Visitation Sat., May 25, 10-10:30 a.m. at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service and interment at Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.

Wesley Noble Butler passed away May 18, 2013, in Hondo.
He was born Dec.16, 1934, in Gorman, he grew up in De Leon.
Memorial service 1:30 p.m., Tues., May 28, at Guinn-Horger Chapel.

Saragoso Joseph Cadena, age 89 of Hondo, passed away May 17, 2013.
He was born Mar. 25, 1924, in D’Hanis.
The Rosary was recited May 21 at Guinn-Horger Chapel.
Funeral Mass was celebrated May 22 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Interment was in Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.

Herminia “Minnie” Ybarra Contreras, age 66 of Hondo, passed away May 15, 2013.
She was born in Hondo Nov. 25, 1946.
The Rosary was recited May 19 at Guinn-Horger Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service was May 20 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
Interment was in Hondo Cemetery, Oakwood Section.

Ernesto Garcia age 60, went to be with the Lord May 18, 2013.

Funeral Mass was celebrated May 24 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Interment was in Hondo Cemetery.

Dr. John Henry “Nonnie” Jennings, age 91, life-long Hondo resident, went to be with the Lord May 20, 2013.
He was born August 16, 1921, in Hondo.
Visitation 5-8 p.m. Fri. May 24, at Hondo Funeral Home, and viewing Saturday 9-9:30 a.m.
Graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery in Hondo 10 a.m. Saturday, May 25.
Home-Going Celebration 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church Saturday, May 25. Reception follows the celebration at First Baptist Church of Hondo Family Life Center.

Joyce P. Kuykendall passed away May 3, 2013, at a retirement home in Houston.
She was born in Comanche December 18, 1923.
Memorial service June 1 at 11 a.m. at Cherokee United Methodist Church in Cherokee.
A luncheon at the Groves Kuykendall Ranch after service.

Elizabeth A. Jungman Sollock, age 91 of Devine, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
The Rosary was recited May 16 at Hurley Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass was celebrated May 17 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Interment was in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.

Robert LeRoy “Bob” Speer, age 82, of Dunlay, passed away peacefully at home May 15, 2013, with his loving wife by his side.
He was born June 26, 1930, in Janesville, WI.
The Holy Rosary was recited at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home May 19.
Mass of Resurrection was celebrated May 20 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Castroville.
Interment was in St. Louis Catholic Cemetery.
