Sara Elizabeth Hickey and Edward Lee Holloway III
Hickey, Holloway engaged
An engagement is announced between Sara
Elizabeth Hickey, daughter of Denise Hickey of Hondo and the late
Duane Hickey, and Edward Lee Holloway III, son of Timothy and Joyce
Ewart of Beavercreek, OH.
The bride-elect is the paternal granddaughter
of Raymond Hickey of Hondo and the late Elna (Saathoff) Hickey. Her
maternal grandparents are Helen Jenkins of Crowley and the late Dennis
Jenkins.
The groom-elect is the maternal grandson of
Curtis and Sharon Conrad of Fort Wayne, IN. His paternal grandparents
are Ralph and Nancy Lautzenheizer of Fort Wayne, IN.
Sara is a 2002 graduate of Hondo High School.
She attended San Antonio College of Medical & Dental Assistants
where she received her degree as a Registered Dental Assistant in
2006. She is currently going back to school to pursue a degree in
Business Management.
Ed is a 2002 graduate of Greene County Career
Center in Xenia, OH.
He joined the United States Marine Corps in
2003. Upon graduating boot camp, he was stationed at Kaneohe Bay, HI, in
the infantry. He has been deployed to both Afghanistan and Iraq. He
is now stationed at Parris Island, SC, after he re-enlisted in
January of this year.
The couple will wed on June 14, 2008, at the
Hotel Alsace in
Castroville. Following the wedding, they will reside in South Carolina.
