Mr. and Mrs. Michael Whitwell of
Cotulla announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Ryan Haley
Whitwell, to Mr. Charles Yaeger Armstrong, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Armstrong, of Bastrop. A July wedding is planned.
The couple will graduate from Texas
A&M University in May. Ryan will receive her degree in Exercise
Physiology; Charles’ degree will be in Construction Science.
After the wedding, the couple plan to
reside in Laredo, where Ryan will attend University of Texas Health
Science Center Physician Assistant Program (LCE) and Charles will work
in the construction industry.
