Aelvoet, Stevens to wed
Charlie and Donna Stevens of Fort Worth
are proud to announce the engagement and approaching marriage
of their daughter, Alysa Kathleen Stevens to Rene Andrew
Aelvoet of Hondo. Rene is the son of Paul and Denise Aelvoet.
Alysa is the granddaughter of Charles and
Mercedes Stevens of Thibodaux, LA, and the late, Bob and
Peggy Miller. She was a 2004 graduate of Birdville High
School. Alysa graduated in May 2007 from Texas Tech
University, Magna Cum Laude. She currently works for the J 3
Group, an advertising/marketing firm in Fort Worth.
Rene is the grandson of Rene and Rosie
Aelvoet and Orlando and Grace Spadafore, both of Hondo.
Rene was a 2004 Hondo High School graduate. He graduated from
Texas Tech University, where he graduated as top Agriculture
Business Student in May 2007. He is presently attending
graduate school at the University of North Texas, where he is
working on a Business Marketing degree. He currently works for AG
Research International.
The couple plan to wed on July 12, 2008,
in Fort Worth.
